This was a brief journey
This album seemed so short. It’s also rather sad that she was in the throes of addiction and was actively choosing to not seek recovery. Knowing that this was the last album she released and that 5 years after this was released she would pass from her addictions makes this sad. I am still very astonished by her voice.
Perhaps a deeper dive into the 27 club is warranted.
