For some reason I sometimes browse really depressing areas on Reddit.
That is what inspired this album listen. I saw a photo of Amy which was the last known photo of her before her death. I am aware how the journey of her life ended and was aware of it before listening. It’s rare that circumstances present themselves where someone with her vocal ability has the opportunity and means to actually get a chance to make music. So many of the songs are about excess and the unplanned foreshadowing is sad. I might listen to her other album tomorrow, I enjoyed the album.
