I’ve heard some of this before.
But never as an album. This was the soundtrack to my day. I listened to it twice while completing errands. I didn’t really enjoy it. I will probably listen once more with a focus on the lyrics but I don’t anticipate additional delves into the band. I know a lot of folks who hear 2000’s alt and hear whining and complaining, that’s almost what I hear here with Vedder’s voice. I’ve struggled in the past to try to get into this style of music. Other bands I haven’t really enjoyed from the early 90’s: Smashing Pumpkins, Rage Against The Machine, Radiohead. I think I may have found a few albums for the next few days.
