I think I’ve heard

Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen and Oye Como Va

Singing Winds, Crying Beasts

Instrumental with wind chimes.

Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen

Yes I’ve heard this one before.  The lyrics seem to tell a story about being in love with someone and being completely devoted to them.

Oye Como Va

I don’t speak enough Spanish to be able to come up with a valid meaning behind this song. I suppose I could translate it but I don’t feel like it. It’s a song I think of as “latino”

Incident at Neshabur

This makes me want to dance. I enjoy the keys a lot.

Se a Cabo

I guess it’s over?

Mother’s Daughter

Fed up with his current relationship the narrator decides he wants someone like his partner but more mature. The obvious thing to do here is to hook up with your partner’s mom right? I think I might prefer the instrumentals and/or ones only in Spanish.

Samba Pa Ti

That was a cool song.

Hope You’re Feeling Better

I like the fuzziness on the organ and guitar, it’s a bit weird on the vocals.

El Nicoya

This is quite different from the rest of the album.

Overall

I enjoyed that. I will likely seek out other Santana songs in the future. I will likely seek out ones that are instrumentals. I liked this way better than the song “Smooth” which is the only Santana song I could think of before this listen.
